Academic: FASHION BA (In China), MARKETING MA (Neoma in France, and Emory in US) Professional experience: *5 years as a marketer *6 years as a corporate trainer (Teaching Business English to Chinese adults who work in multinational companies) *1 year as a Chinese teacher. Why education: I believe education (parenting, school, self-learning etc.) plays a key role and has an enormous influence on shaping one's personal life and career. I find it meaningful to become an educator to have a positive impact on my students. Why language education: language is an immersive subject including ideas, information, history, knowledge etc., another aspect is using the language to communicate and connect with others which can lead to amazing life experiences. The process of learning a language allows one to dive deep into another culture which can be completely different from one's own, it makes you ask questions, it challenges your philosophical, spiritual and intellectual beliefs, it expands one's capacity to learn about oneself and others, to empathize, to accept and to enjoy.
