Experienced & certified Fitness Trainer, PT and CrossF instructor (and also DJ)
Making people happy and fall in love with their body for the past 6 years. The key recipe is simple: Consistency, well planned workouts & to have fun while doing it!! I guarantee results and success!! Classes will be a dynamic mix of cardio, games, weights and stretchings.
I will guide you during every session to make sure everything is done properly and consciously, and throughout the entire time we work together, wether it's weeks, months or years. I promise you'll feel comfortable and it will be fun!
Workouts can be done at the gym (Non Stop Gym), at your home or outdoors if possible. Group classes (max 5) are also possible.
