À propos d'Agathe
I first discovered Yoga in Spain and loved it through a Hatha Yoga practice and instantly fell in love with this practice. I did my 200h Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, and learned with Indian teachers and then completed this training with another one in Barcelona with a Jivamukti Yoga School. Today I teach one-on-one classes and bigger groups in companies around Aix-en-Provence. My own practice, my training, and my job as a personal trainer are the reasons why I can really adapt to any student or any specific injury. I am passionate about physiology and movement, but especially the energy created through our practice. I am looking forward to teaching you.

My Yoga classes are 1h00 or 1h15 Yoga sessions in which you will practice your flexibility, mobility and strength by linking the breath to each move and posture. My classes are dynamic vinyasa flows and can be adapted to any level from beginners to advanced students and also adapted to any injuries you may have. Through this practice, you will also discover the art of breathing and aligning body, mind, and soul through each flow. If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact me for more information. 9 mois de coaching avec Agathe suite à un message sur SuperProf. J’adore son dynamisme, son attitude positive et son écoute attentive à mes besoins sportifs.
