À propos de Duncan
Holder of Bachelors, Masters, PhD degrees, I offer high-level English classes for students wishing to perfect their general language skills or in specific subject areas. I offer support across many subject areas and courses are tailored to meet student requirements. My academic background is in political science, international relations and political economy. Over the years I have worked in both publishing and academia, this has given me a broad range of experience in academic and non-academic research, teaching, lecturing, publication and editing. In the academic field, I have been active in research, publishing and teaching, and in tutoring and supervision of thesis writing. I have also been a professional writer and editor, and have been involved in the successful publication of articles and books. Over the years I have learned to engage with students from many different cultural and language backgrounds, and am familiar with helping non-native speakers in English language writing and presentation. Patient, clear, committed. Able to give constructive and positive support.
