À propos de Miriana
I have experience teaching English in educational and international environments, working with students of different ages and backgrounds. Over the years, I have developed a careful and reliable approach to one-to-one teaching, based first of all on careful listening to the student’s needs.
I take my work as a private tutor seriously and prepare my lessons with attention, adapting methods and materials to each student’s level, goals and learning style. I value consistency, clear communication and a respectful learning environment, where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.

As a teacher, I pay particular attention to how language is used in context, helping students become more precise, confident and effective in their communication.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s goals. We may focus on spoken English, academic or professional communication, pronunciation, or writing, depending on what you need to develop. I combine guided conversation with targeted exercises and practical materials drawn from real-life situations, such as presentations, emails, papers or meetings.
My lessons are especially suitable for:
- university students and PhD candidates
- professionals working in international environments
- secondary school students who want to strengthen their English skills in a structured way
Lessons are available online or in person in Antwerp.
