Hello!

I am Melissa, and I have been an American French student (my first time learning a language) of Professor Noemi's for 7 months. It has been an honor having her as my professor. I genuinely look forward to my French lessons with her. Why? I look forward to my lessons because of her teaching style, personality, and nurturing characteristics. She does not make me feel stupid, she motivates me to progress, and she provides me words of affirmation (Ex: You are progressing! Look, you are saying your "R's"!).

In addition, she has changed our lessons to meet my learning style. I am a visual learner, so it is hard for me at times to understand French conversations. Professor Noemi listened to my needs and every lesson she brings a whiteboard so she can spell words for me. Even though listening is my weakness, she still has me practice listening to audio to improve my French.

Because of her, I was able to pass my required Swiss test at an A2 level!!!! I was required to pass the test with an A1 level! She is AMAZING! If you are an American student, you 100% want her.

Again, I HIGHLY recommend her to be your French professor! You will not be disappointed.
