I am originally from Brittany and currently studying naturopathy. I love natural health and include this knowledge in my cooking, creating food that is both delicious and healthy.
Yoga, mindfulness and spirituality are important parts of my life. They help me stay grounded, patient and attentive — qualities that I bring into my teaching and cooking.
I believe learning should happen in a calm and positive atmosphere. Whether through language or cooking, I aim to create a space where children feel safe, inspired and confident.
I focus on fresh ingredients, simple recipes and healthy cooking methods adapted to children.

I believe children learn best when they are having fun. My lessons are relaxed, interactive and full of positive energy.
I mix French learning with games, conversation and cooking. When children cook, they naturally use French words without even realizing they are studying. It becomes an experience, not just a lesson.
A typical lesson looks like this:
Short warm-up chat or fun vocabulary game
Learning new words through action and play
Speaking practice in a natural way
Optional cooking activity (crêpes, simple recipes, tasting and describing food)
My strength is creating a safe space where children feel confident to speak and try. I am patient, encouraging and attentive to each child’s rhythm.
Classes are perfect for beginners, primary school children and families who want learning to feel joyful and creative.
