I am a slasher. What is a slasher? I am glad that you asked. That means that I have two professions. I am an internationally recognised Yoga teacher and also a Research specialist with a master degree in Economics. Which means that I love science. Therefore, I teach yoga and I also share all the newest research, courses, and additional knowledge about yoga, as I love to combine my two 'professions'.

What: New Yoga classes in Villeneuve in English.
Who: My name is Kotryna and I am a yoga teacher and a Sama U Yoga studio founder.
Is it for you: If you can answer 'yes' any of the below questions… my classes are for you.
• Sitting for long hours in the same position?

• Sore back from looking after your children?
What do I teach: I teach accessible and functional hatha yoga with slow vinyasa flows (a.k.a. chained movements combined with breath) for desk workers and new mums aimed at back pain prevention and allowing you to stand tall, strong and confident with your back straight.
Where is Sama U Yoga studio? My small cosy light studio is in the heart of Villeneuve, one minute from the train station and with plenty of parking options around.
No previous yoga experience? Beginners are welcome, high-quality mats and props are provided. You just need to come.
