My name is Maryam. I hold a bachelor's degree in American Cultural Studies and a master's degree in Moroccan-American Studies. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD that focuses mainly on gender issues. I approach everything with a critical mindset, questioning rather than accepting things at face value. I am constantly exploring and trying to make sense of the world on my own terms. A free spirit, I am open to new perspectives and ideas as I continue my journey of self-discovery.

I offer English courses for beginners and intermediate learners, and I focus more on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. I think the best way to approach a new language is to use interactive methods and real-life examples. I usually focus on these four aspects: - Conversational English: Enhancing fluency through dialogues and role-playing. - Grammar & Vocabulary: Strengthening language foundations with practical exercises. - Pronunciation & Listening: Improving comprehension and spoken accuracy. - Academic & Business English: Tailored lessons for students and professionals. However, I adapt my lessons to each student’s needs and use engaging materials to make learning effective and enjoyable. One remark that you need to understand as a learner is that a teacher is not merely a source of knowledge as technology, nowadays, has granted us easy access to information. As a teacher, I believe that learning should be an active process. My approach focuses mainly on learning by doing, allowing students to engage with the language in meaningful and practical ways rather than simply being told what to do.
