Welcome to my ADHD-friendly English lessons!
In my classroom, I prioritize inclusivity so that every student feels supported and empowered.
My teaching style involves:
-multi-sensory work
-breaking down complex tasks into manageable steps
-providing clear instructions
I foster a collaborative learning space emphasizing student participation and the celebration of diverse perspectives within the learning community. And of course, stimming and movement are encouraged.
I'm all about tailoring each session to your individual needs and learning style. Whether you already have specific learning goals or need help figuring them out, I'm here to support you.
We'll start with a quick evaluation to understand your preferences and learning style. Learning a new skill can be challenging and I'm here to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Together, we'll work on listening, reading, and writing skills. We will discuss different topics using vocabulary learned and we’ll work through some more structured exercises to help you achieve your English language goals.
