The connection one makes with their interpreter is a special one. An interpreter is the bridge between communication and understanding. I believe Doumdongar could be just that for one of your students. Im his teammate but often I take the seat as his student too. As a new driver I felt a lot of anxiety towards driving. He manage to ease my anxiety and instill confidence in me that I could do it and do it correctly. His confidence and patience has proven to show on and off the worksite.
