À propos d'Adam
Hello, my name is Adam, I’m 17 years old and I have been a competitive swimmer since 2021. I had the opportunity to compete at the Swiss Championships in 2024 and 2025, which gave me strong experience both technically and mentally in the sport. My competitive swimming background allows me to teach both beginners and intermediate swimmers. I adapt my teaching to the age, needs, and learning style of each student. My experience in high-level sport has taught me discipline, perseverance, and motivation values I wish to pass on to my students. I can teach in English, French and Spanish.

Each class is tailored to the student’s level. Beginners focus on water confidence and basic strokes, while advanced swimmers work on technique, breathing, starts and turns. I mix technical drills with practice sets and give clear feedback during the session. The lessons are dynamic, motivating, and always adapted to personal goals whether learning to swim, improving efficiency, or preparing for competitions.
