À propos d'Elodie
Hi, I’m Elodie, 27 years old, fluent in French, Luxembourgish, English, and German. My journey into coaching has been shaped by both exceptional mentors and challenging experiences. As a former high-level athlete in high jump, I worked closely with coaches, physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and medical teams. I saw firsthand how the right guidance can be empowering—but also how misguided coaching can hold someone back. These experiences shaped my perspective, deepened my understanding of growth, resilience, and support, and ultimately led me to coaching and philosophical consultancy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, a Master’s in Ethics and Public Policy, and a certification in life coaching and mental preparation, I bring a thoughtful yet practical approach to my work. I taught in special needs education, followed by Life and Society in a Luxembourgish high school—experiences that further enriched my ability to listen, guide, and connect. Today, I am striving to guide people to reflect, challenge their ideas, and gain clarity—not by giving answers, but by guiding them to find their own. I look forward to meeting you and seeing where this journey leads.

I primarily offer remote sessions. Whenever possible, I adapt the setting to allow for live, in-person discussions. Life & Mental Coaching: A space for personal growth, mindset shifts, and overcoming challenges. Whether we take a walk-and-talk approach or settle into a deeper conversation, every session is shaped to fit you. - First session (free! – approx. 45 minutes): An introductory meeting to understand your needs and define our journey together. - Ongoing sessions (45 minutes to 1h30): Fully tailored to your goals, whether for deep discussions, perspective shifts, or structured reflection Your Journey, Your Comfort: Everything is adapted to your pace and aspirations. Coaching is about collaboration, discovery, and meaningful growth—not predefined answers but guiding you toward clarity. Sessions can be conducted in Luxembourgish, French, English, or German—or even a mix, making the experience as natural as possible.
