À propos de Nicky
Trained as a graphic designer at the University for the Creative Arts, London, I started my career designing brochures, infographics, digital marketing campaigns and company conference stands.
After a while, I wanted to pursue other interests and decided to stray from design and the comfort of a guaranteed monthly paycheck to become a writer in the south of France. Days spent writing online articles for UK companies, accompanied by evenings swimming in the Mediterranean, meant the risk had been well worth it. Still, I found myself eager to reinstate the visual arts back into my working day and after a moment of realisation one morning, I eventually followed my heart to Paris.
Now, I work hard to be a creative force in the world as a teacher and a coach. Incorporating techniques learnt from art therapy, conscious creativity, and storytelling wisdom, I guide others to develop their creative power and confidence manifesting a life they desire, as I have done myself. It is through this mission and this experience, that I offer creative development sessions.

Combining artistic exploration and storytelling exercises with life coaching theory, I accompany clients on a confidence-building journey to a more intentional life plan.
The first stage is to get an accurate view of your current reality by identifying self-beliefs that dysfunctionally shape your life. Once you have this, you begin to create counter beliefs to disempower the disserving ones. Then we look at your values, and true motivations to provide some life direction. Having goals not based on fear, but a genuine desire for the outcome, you design the steps needed in order to succeed.
Although each session is adapted to the individual, I have developed a methodology that empowers individuals to take action and effectuate change in their lives. Through a process of connection and experimentation, you:
- tap into the imagination to boost ideas generation, artistic innovation and creative expression,
- access your authentic self to discover a personal style, build confidence expressing it, and,
- identify where in life you would like to create anew or improve upon.

Précisions
PLEASE NOTE: Sessions last for 1H30! All art materials are provided, and if you have a strong desire to experiment with something that is not available, I am happy to order it for future use. Sessions are held in a warm and welcoming environment. Though, unfortunately, there is no access for those with reduced mobility.
Sessions are in English while I work on developing a professional level of French.
