À propos de Serena
I have already got experience in teaching Maths to primary and secondary school students. What I have noticed is that, with primary school children, is really important to make them draw in order for them to acquire the main concept of any specific mathematical principle; whereas, when I tutored a 13 year old student in Italy, I found it effective to sometimes address his questions with other "right questions", leading the student step-by-step to the answer - it is very rewarding if the student gets to the answer by himself and also, if he can answer the questions one by one, it means he/she also understood the thinking process thoroughly!

My name is Serena an I am originally Italian. However, I moved to London to study Mathematics at university and I have recently graduated. I am now living in Lausanne and studying to achieve my Master in Finance. I would be glad to help both with Mathematics classes and English, so why not learning a bit of Maths in English to combine the two activities?
