Hi, I’m [Mashaim Zahra]!
I trained as a physiotherapist, but today I’ve chosen to put my passion for art first. For the past 5 years, I’ve practiced modern calligraphy, lettering, and mandala art as a form of active meditation.
What I love most is sharing: watching you improve stroke by stroke, gain confidence, and most importantly, enjoy the process. My background in physio taught me the importance of proper movement, posture, and kindness, three things I bring into every lesson.
Patient and supportive, I adapt to your pace. Whether you want to start from scratch, work on a wedding project, or just give yourself a creative, relaxing moment, I’ll be happy to guide you.
I teach online and in-person in Clermont-Ferrand. Looking forward to sharing my passion with you!

Hello and welcome!
I’m a calligraphy artist and mandala enthusiast, and I guide beginners as well as more advanced students in discovering the art of beautiful writing.
What we’ll cover:
• The basics of modern calligraphy with brush pens and dip pens
• Posture, pen grip, and fundamental strokes
• Lowercase and uppercase alphabets, connections, and layout
• Hands-on projects: quotes, cards, names, invitations
• Relaxation option: intro to mandala art to let go and manage stress
How it works:
100% personalized lessons based on your level and goals. I provide PDF practice sheets after each session. Basic materials recommended but not required for the first class.
Who is it for?
Adults and teens 14+. No drawing skills needed. Perfect if you want a creative hobby, are planning a wedding, or just need to unwind.
Location: Online via Zoom or in-person in Clermont-Ferrand 63000.
As a former physiotherapist, I pay special attention to posture and relaxed movement. My goal: for you to leave with a smile and the urge to keep practicing!
