À propos de Stephanie
Hello! I’m Steph, a native British English teacher with 7 years of teaching experience and qualifications including a BA, CELTA and a Master’s in TEFL.
I’ve taught in international schools in the UK and Cyprus, working with children, teenagers and adults from many different backgrounds and language levels. Alongside classroom teaching, I’ve also worked extensively as a private tutor, helping students build confidence, improve fluency and succeed in exams like IELTS.
My lessons are known for being friendly, supportive and engaging. I love helping students feel comfortable speaking English and seeing their confidence grow week by week.

I recently moved to Switzerland with my husband, and I now teach students both online and in person. Teaching is something I truly love, and I always aim to make lessons interesting, motivating and tailored to each student.

My lessons are friendly, supportive and tailored to each student.
Everyone learns differently, so I always adapt my teaching style to your goals, level and confidence. My aim is to help you feel relaxed while improving your English step by step.
I use a communicative approach, meaning we focus on real English used in real situations. Lessons build fluency, confidence and accuracy together.
A typical lesson might include:
• Warm-up conversation or quick review
• New vocabulary, grammar or pronunciation
• Guided practice and speaking activities
• Real-life tasks or discussion
• Feedback and tips to improve
