Hi there! My name is Muhammad. I'm a Tech and Business executive with more than 15 years of corporate professional experience. I have worked at MNCs and Unicorns like Gojek, HSBC and eBay. I'm a native speaker of English and Indonesian.
I have a TOEFL iBT score of 116/120. I have a B.Sc. degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, USA, ranked 4th in the US for its Marketing program (US News). I also have an M.Sc. degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from the School of Management of University College London, ranked 8th in the world (QS World Rankings).
I grew up speaking English with a clear American accent (and Indonesian from my parents), and I've traveled to 13 different countries.
I have over 7 years of English teaching experience across Indonesia and the UK, working with professionals.

For 15 years, I worked in senior business and product roles at top-tier international companies like eBay, Gojek, and HSBC. I lived many years in both the US (Midwest) and the UK (London). I'm also a certified ESL teacher.
How I can help you:
*Professional communication coaching for middle to upper-level professionals who want to communicate more effectively and confidently in discussions, meetings, presentations, negotiations, stakeholder communication, and emails.
We will:
- Diagnose your weaknesses and challenges in communicating through 4 criteria: fluency & coherence, vocabulary level, pronunciation, and grammatical accuracy & speech range.
- Tailor the lesson to your goals or real projects at work.
- Learn and practice speech structures that allow you to communicate your opinions and argue effectively, to persuade and convince people.
- Do role plays to practice communicating effectively based on specific cases from your workplace.
- Build your vocabulary from your field and industry, such as Tech, Marketing, Finance, Mining, Healthcare, etc. by observing industry-specific content.
- Do revisions on past material in order to ensure deep understanding and solid memorization.

Because I've sat on both sides of the interview table, I know exactly what interviewers are listening for and where most candidates fail.
We will:
- Diagnose your weaknesses in English interviews and tailor lessons to improve them.
- Increase confidence, fluency, and pressure management with multiple mock interviews.
- Build your personal story bank so you can have ready narratives and confidently answer almost any interview question
- Learn and practice answering questions with structured frameworks for all 5 types of interview questions, to deliver maximum impact.
Bring real cases from your workplace, difficult situations and specific issues you're having. I will diagnose and identify the main communication gaps, create a plan and fill those gaps for you.
