Parfait ! Florence is a lovely person. She really listened to our needs and has been helping my daughter gain confidence with her french speaking and reading. My daughter doesn't always want to go to school but she always looks forward to tutoring with Florence.

She can even change activities during a lesson to make sure that you feel successful. As a retired teacher, I sometimes expect too much, but Florence always exceeds my expectations.
