À propos d'Alicia
◘ A graduate of the Sorbonne (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees), I have been teaching French, English, and Norwegian since 2018, and have taught in the Netherlands and Spain.
◘ Accross all languages, I currently have over 3,000 hours of private tuition under my belt, the majority of which is online, from ages 8 to 69!
◘ I also speak Spanish and I’m learning Italian.
◘ I have helped my students to pass key French language exams and to feel more at ease in their daily lives in France.
◘ I've also created an Instagram page, dedicated to learning French and more about the French culture!
◘ My interests are:
Books (essays and novels, such as Karine Giébel's or B.A. Paris's psychological thrillers), psychology, spirituality, animals and nature, vegetarianism/veganism, drawing, painting and crafts, esotericism (tarot, astrology…), personal development, board games and card games, sports (rock climbing, pole dancing, flexibility training, running, badminton, surfing…), mountains, piano, travelling (backpacking and youth hostels, what a blast)... Overall, I’m a curious and open-minded person, no matter the topic!

Have you been living in France for a while, but still can’t even order your baguette in French? Shame on you.
You’ve landed on the right profile if you’ve finally had enough and want to level up your French quickly.
◘ My method in a nutshell: challenging yet motivating lessons, because speaking French is a little bit of vocabulary and grammar… and a lot of self-confidence!
Forget the language classes you had in school: you’ll learn in the most fun way possible, because that’s how we learn best (and it’s not just me saying that—it’s neuroscience!).
You will both be able to understand what’s going on around you, and to make yourself understood without using any English. Because, let’s be honest, it’s easier to learn French than to try to understand French people speaking English.
/!\ Plan to set aside time to study between our sessions. (You'll have additional material to continue making progress in autonomy)
Let’s organise our trial lesson, contact me!
À bientôt !
