À propos de Maurice
My Name is Maurice, I'm an Electronic Music Producer with international recognition in both mainstream and independent press.
From the early 2000s until today i've been in the trenches of left feild electronic music experimenting , producing touring , and releasing music to an international group of supporters.
My Agenda when developing the course was to create audio exercises and a clear check list of activities and exercises designed to enhance well being and potential through movement mindfulness practice and timer based audio drills.
The Methods and process of putting together the course have come from years working with recording artist ,reflecting on my own experiences and trying to make something easily digestable that I could use to better myself and by extension my work as a creator.
As a performing artist we often find ourselves in unpredictable scenarios , different performance spaces,
many times at night in places were emotion and expectation run high , so keeping that in mind i made sure
to pool together resources that work to both protect and enhance our well being.

XPAND is a short course aimed at improving the quality of your creative process. The short course uses audio drills science of performance articles , interactive charts and a goal tracking diary to help you analyze process and then by extension xpand your quality of time producing. .
XPAND THE SHORT COURSE IS :
A Combination of both digital exercises and movement and mind body breath exercises designed to incorporate into the artist schedule as a go to for sharpening ones axe and pressing reset.
This course is for : Adults with experience in the performing arts. In search of methods to help improve their wellbeing during production time.
