I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and for the last 6 years my regular practice is Ashtanga Yoga. In the last 2 years I started teaching.
My path started as a child at the time my grandmother took me to a Yoga class for the first time. Since then I continued to search and practice with different teachers from Brazil, England, Sweden, Spain and India. Yoga helped me find myself, and it made life easier and more enjoyable. Year after year I felt the need to go deeper into this practice. 2016 was an important year. When I returned from a long stay in India I've decided start studying Ayurveda. This two knowledge completely changed my life, now everything makes sense and it is meaningful for me to share that joy with others. Now I feel that I want to devote all my efforts to share this science. My desire is that all people can be healthy, full of inner peace and living together in harmony. I think every time, as an Ayurvedic therapist or yoga teacher I can contribute, even for a short moment of time, I feel deeply grateful.

Based on the needs and objectives of the student, I will design a specific practice for him or her. From a dynamic Ashtanga yoga practice, yin yoga or therapeutic approach ; Through the postures, a correct alignment, pranayamas, and meditation, we get the multiple benefits of yoga. My goal is to guide this internal journey through the technique and pedagogical knowledge acquired during many years of self-practice and teachings.
