À propos d'Aimara
My name is Aimara, I’m originally from Argentina and I’m currently based in France. I’ve always been very connected to sports and movement, and that passion naturally led me to work in the fitness and health field. I studied to become a personal trainer, a nutritional coach, and a stretching coach because I’m very interested in helping people take care of their bodies in a balanced way.
I really enjoy guiding people to move better, feel stronger, and build healthier habits over time. For me, training is not only about exercise, but also about understanding the body and creating routines that can fit into each person’s lifestyle.
I love outdoor sports, especially activities in nature, and I’m always trying to discover new ways to move and keep learning through different physical activities.

I’m a certified personal trainer, nutritional coach, and stretching coach. My approach is based on respecting the body and keeping health as the main motivation behind exercise. I offer personalized workout routines that people can follow on their own, as well as live 1:1 online sessions. My service is 100% individualized, because every person has different goals, schedules, and needs. My goal is to adapt training so it fits naturally into each person’s life.
