I am Rafael, certified Yoga and Meditation teacher +700hrs with more than 13 years of experience. I founded my own school in 2012. I'm currently living in Lausanne, Switzerland. My classes are in English and Spanish. I teach hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, 1st Ashtanga Yoga series, meditation, history and philosophy of yoga. In my services, I also give yoga for companies, schools, and schools.

My teaching method is about teaching the traditional practice of yoga adapted to modern times. I have been learning and teaching yoga for over 13 years. I have traveled to different places, always seeking to learn new things. My classes are multi-level and all ages are welcome. Yoga is not only a physical practice, but a holistic one. Here you will find what you need to bring more peace, clarity, movement, and well-being into your life.
