À propos de Chloe
I'm a certified yoga teacher passionate about movement, strength and wellbeing. My journey began in Indonesia where I completed my yoga teacher training and deepened my practice. I then taught private yoga in Miami for 4 years, working with athletes and people with different backgrounds. My approach combines dynamic Vinyasa, mobility, strength, breathwork and mindfulness to create practices that are both challenging and accessible. Whether you're a beginner, or an athlete, I adapt each session to your needs, goals and level.

My approach combines dynamic Vinyasa flow with strength, mobility and mindful movement. Each private session is tailored to your level, body and goals, whether you are a complete beginner, regularly active or an athlete. We'll build strength, improve mobility and awareness with options to make the practice more challenging or restorative. Sessions can also focus on sport-specific needs such as running, cycling, golf, hyrox or hybrid athletes, helping you move more efficiently, recover and perform at your best!
