Progressive improvement: consistent feedback that shows students exactly what they’re doing well and how to improve. • Typical Lesson Structure Each lesson follows a structured but flexible format: Warm-up: a short conversation or quick exercise to activate English. Goal review: what we are focusing on today (grammar, speaking, exam prep, writing, etc.). Main lesson activity: interactive tasks, explanations, guided practice, and examples. Application: students practice independently with my support (speaking tasks, writing prompts, reading analysis). Feedback & correction: constructive and gentle, focusing on progress, not perfection. • My Strengths as a Teacher Clear communicator: I make even difficult topics easy to understand.
