À propos de Thuriya
Actuellement, je suis en cours d'études en 2ème année de Bachelor en économie et management, à l'Université de Genève. De plus, j'aide les étudiants de cycle à une école privée avec diverses matières. Toutefois, ils ont toujours les mêmes difficultés : les matières scientifiques (notamment les maths). Je constate toujours qu'il s'agit juste d'un manque de compréhension et surtout de l'application des concepts.
The thing is, these students know how to work their way through but they just need a few pointers, or a quick memory jog on the basic concepts.
Because of this, I am the type of teacher that prefers to walk through the concerned math topic, in a more laid-back manner that's quite different from what your conventional teachers would do. I believe that studies should be interactive and enjoyable, while assuring that we both work together and solve these math questions like it's ABC.

As a student who once struggled with studying for hard subjects like math, I am eager to pass on certain studying techniques and habits for those who seek to improve for the better. I am not your conventional teacher, rather I am here to boost your learning and understanding of mathematical concepts. However, I will make sure you walk out after each class, with a better grasp and hopefully, a better sentiment towards the subject itself (it can be frustrating).
I teach all that are in high school, no matter the level.
I only ask that you send me your school documents/lessons, so that I can prepare beforehand. That way, we save time and get to the point quickly.
If possible, I would like to teach at a public workspace in Geneva (UNIGE for example), but I am open to other place suggestions.
