I am completely passionate about climbing and I truly enjoy sharing my passion and my knowledge for this sport.
I have the chance of having discover almost every aspects of it : competitions, routesetting, media, coaching, outdoor climbing (multi-pitches, trad climbing...)
My personal but also my professional experiences make me that way a pretty complete coach. I am here to help you improve your climbing but most important, to enjoy climbing !

Beginner : discovery of the sport, being comfortable on the wall, learning the basic mouvements and placements, how to properly warm up...
Intermediated : Introduction to specific trainings (strength, mobility, proprioception...), technical work (coordination, smear, slab...)
Advanced : Personal training program based on cycles. Each cycle aim one of your weaknesses, or something you want to improve. One cycle last one month with one session together each week. (200CHF.-/month)

My class costs only 40CHF.-/hr but I ask 10CHF more for my entry into the climbing gym. Notice that if you don't have a membership you will also have to pay for your entry.
