À propos de Gloria
Bonjour, I’m Gloria! :)
I’m a native French speaker based in Geneva, a Sorbonne graduate, and I’ve been teaching French for more than ten years, including to English-speaking expats.
My lessons are tailored to your level, interests, and goals. Whether you’re starting from scratch or want to feel more fluent, we’ll work on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar through topics that matter to you.
Having learned English from beginner level to C2, I understand the challenges of learning a new language—and how much confidence matters when speaking.
My approach is warm, patient, and practical. You’ll have plenty of time to speak, ask questions, and make mistakes, with clear explanations and helpful corrections along the way.

Want to feel more comfortable speaking French in Geneva? Let’s work on the situations that matter to you: chatting with colleagues, meeting new people, handling appointments, or expressing yourself clearly at work.
I welcome all levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers. We’ll start with your goals and build lessons around your interests, your pace, and the areas you’d like to improve.
Depending on your needs, we can focus on:
• Conversation and listening: understanding everyday French and responding with greater confidence.
• Pronunciation: practising French sounds and the rhythm of natural speech.
• Grammar: clear explanations, followed by practice you can use in conversation.
• Professional French: preparing emails, interviews, presentations, or workplace conversations.
• Life in Geneva: useful expressions and vocabulary for everyday situations.
During our lessons, you’ll practise speaking and receive specific corrections, so you understand both what to change and why. I can explain difficult points in English when helpful, and we’ll gradually use more French as your confidence grows.
Lessons are available online or at your home in Geneva. Tell me what you’d like to do more confidently in French, and we’ll start there.
