My sole purpose behind Yoga is to do my bit in spreading more cognisance about yoga & to help make people realize that there is a far greater purpose to life. When my students tell me they had a good day post the session, is when I feel accomplished. The fulfillment I get from their growth is unparalleled. I have been practicing yoga since I was a child and have a minor in yoga studies. I have been taking classes from my Guruji and have mastered the art of meditation, sun and moon salutation, asana I am excited to know that my qualifications and personal intrests can help people to release stress and be mindful and find their inner-selves.
