À propos de Gaspard
(English below) Formé au Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles en Théâtre puis devenu également danseur professionnel et chanteur lyrique, je suis bercé par le Yoga depuis déjà 10 ans. Mon parcours artistique m'a permis de plonger dans cette pratique. J'ai suivi de nombreuses formations d'enseignants de Hatha, Iyengar mais surtout Ashtanga Yoga. Chaque année, je visite l'Inde pour perfectionner cet art si subtil qu'est le Yoga. Chaque professeur/étudiant doit savoir qu'une certification ne fait pas un professeur de Yoga, il faut beaucoup de pratique et de nombreuses années d'expérience et d'écoute de soi avant de pouvoir guider l'étudiant correctement. J'espère avec tous les beaux enseignements que j'ai reçus transmettre au mieux mes connaissances. Trained at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in theater, I then became a professional dancer and opera singer. I have been immersed in yoga for 10 years now. My artistic career has allowed me to dive into this life-changing practice. I have taken numerous teacher training courses in Hatha, Iyengar, and especially Ashtanga Yoga. Every year, I visit India to perfect the subtle art of Yoga. Every teacher/student should know that a certification does not make a yoga teacher; it takes a lot of practice and many years of experience and self-awareness before one can guide a student correctly. I hope to pass on my knowledge as best I can, drawing on all the wonderful teachings I have received.

(English below) Pratique guidée de la première série Ashtanga - Yoga Shikitsa (Yoga Vinyasa & Hatha, dynamique/statique et équilibre des énergies). Une approche pourra être donnée avec des techniques Iyengar selon l'étudiant.e. Mon approche est profondément basée sur l’anatomie. À travers ce prisme de conscience, l'étudiant sera amené à découvrir son corps sensoriel et émotionnel. Une appropriation consciente du corps et de l’esprit à des fins thérapeutiques. Un suivi de l’étudiant sera appliqué pour permettre une libération des tensions du corps. Guided practice of the first Ashtanga series - Yoga Shikitsa (Yoga Vinyasa & Hatha, dynamic/static and energy balance). An approach may be given using Iyengar techniques depending on the student. My approach is deeply rooted in anatomy. Through this prism of awareness, students will discover their sensory and emotional bodies. A conscious appropriation of the body and mind for therapeutic purposes. Students will be accompanied to allow release of the tensions in the body.
