My name is Shalanda Herrington, I am a qualified personal trainer part of the Nike Family. I am currently based in Paris, where I have been based since 2018. As a coach, I am here to help you unlock your potential both physically and mentally. My focus doesn't just end with educating my clients around training but also focusing on the mental aspect of training and how every single person's training should be unique to fit their needs, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you're aiming to reach your fitness goals, boost your mental health, or simply just to create a more balanced life, I will be here to guide and motivate you.

Shalanda m’entraîne depuis la fin du covid. J’avais jamais vraiment réussi à tenir les conseils des autres coaches. Trop sévères. Pas assez adapté à mon corps. Du coup, pendant les cours, je manquais de motivation. Maintenant ça fait 5 ans que j’ai des abdos en n’oubliant aucune partie du corps. Il m’a prmermis d’adopter une discipline incroyable que je n’arrivais jamais à suivre avant et Shalanda est ferme mais travaille en douceur !! Je ne peux que vous le recommander.
