À propos de Nais
As a motivated and passionate yoga instructor, I aim to provide classes as combinations of the best of Yang (Vinyasa Flow) to build strength and length, and the deep release of the body and mind that Yin offers. I use meditation for grounding and connecting the students with their natural breath. I invite the class to move through active poses that bring heat, strength, and awareness into the practice. I explore different poses, for which various options are offered to the students according to the level of the class and experience in yoga. In finding stillness with a calming Yin or Restorative Yoga practice, I provide a series of postures through which the yogis can cultivate a stronger sense of awareness to settle into stretches. With a strong focus on the breath and body/mind connection, I aim to leave the students rejuvenated and with a feeling of balance and harmony within their body, mind and soul. I taught in Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Cuba and France. I teach in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish.
