Hi friends,
I’m Mariana, a 600+ hour certified yoga teacher with experience guiding group classes in studios, park gatherings, corporate environments and one to ones.
My approach balances movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), staying close to the essence of yoga as a tool for balanced living. I like to get to know you and establish the style of Yoga that would suit your needs.
Each class is an invitation to reconnect — and I’m happy to adapt the practice according to energy levels and your needs, whether you're just starting out or deepening your journey.
