My name is Jian, as a Chinese, I have been inspired by the traditional Qigong since I am a kid. After the first and then many times back to India, I rediscovered and devoted myself to yoga and life flow, which helps me overcome life itself in so many ways. There are so many ways to practice yoga, and I would like to invite you to the traditional practice with awareness, step by step witness your growth and help you form the path of intelligence by your practice.
