À propos de Jeanne
I have a huge passion for fitness. I do HIIT myself and believe you need to enjoy whatever exercise works for you. It should be fun, enjoyable and a time to really connect with your body and feel well after a session.
I always loved looking after myself in the healthiest and most natural way possible. I graduated from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa with a degree in BA Sport Science.
Each session lasts 30 minutes.
