À propos d'ANAHI
I am Anahí, originally from Argentina and currently living in Oléron, a beautiful island, just off the west coast in France.
I am a dancer and I am certified in Polestar Pilates Mat and Studio and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga instructor.
I speak Spanish, English and Italian and soon I will also being teaching in French.
When I was just four years old, I took my first dance class, and since then movement and art have been driving forces in my life. With the purpose of improving my performance as a dancer, I began to practice PILATES, thus giving birth to a new passion in my life for the method. Passion that grows day by day for the last seventeen years. My training began in Argentina with a reformer repertoire course and continued in Spain obtaining a certification in Polestar Pilates Mat and Studio.
YOGA was also part of my training in my years as a dancer, I was able to continue exploring and experimenting with different styles such as Hata, Iyengar, Hot Yoga and then, I discovered Ashtanga where, I achieved the physical, mental and spiritual connection I was looking for, achieving a certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 200h YTT by the Ashtanga Yoga Band school.
I have studied the art of DANCE for more than twenty years, taking classes with renowned teachers in various places around the world such as Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, Milan, London. I have lived in Italy where I gave modern dance lessons, kid dance initiation and Pilates.
I have traveled and lived in many countries and the fact that I speak Italian and English, in addition to Spanish, my mother tongue, has allowed me to travel to different places in the world with different cultures, learning about their characteristics, customs, interests and value.
My strong predilection for traveling and getting to know new cultures brought me to work in the yachting industry, giving me the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, as well as giving me the necessary training to offer high standards in my teaching roles.
I have come to the conclusion that WE ARE EQUAL because our origins and destinies are written the same for everyone and WE ARE UNIQUE because according to our routine, the taste to develop, we choose from a diversity of goals and objectives that are reflected in our body, our way of standing, walking, looking. Your body movement expresse what makes you unique.
My mission is to be the bridge between your body and mind, to accompany you in the process of exploration and recognition of the body you inhabit. That you learn to move efficiently within your range of possibilities, that through a conscious work, together with goals and clear objectives is you to control your body and not the opposite. That through movement you gain CONFIDENCE in yourself and that you be and feel free to BE!

The main protagonist is you. I use Pilates more as a concept than as a series of exercises. I use both the exercises of the classical repertoire and those of the contemporary repertoire, and above all the inspiration and creativity of the moment taking in count how are you feeling. I will accompany you and together work on your development, enlarging your possibilities whilst fulfilling the main requirements of a good practice: working on all planes of movement, coordination, proprioception and of course fun.
FIRST SESSION is about 30´. In order to create a tailored programme for you, in our first meeting we will get to know each other. You will tell me about your motivations and objectives, pathologies (if you have any medical contraindication), some details of your daily routine, among other things. I'll also walk you through some specific body motions to see how you move so that I can lay out the right plan for you.
PILATES MAT SESSIONS OF 45-50 MINUTES. Could include the use of props like elastic band, foam roller, soft ball, magic circle, among others.

The first session it last about 30 minutes and is free of charge. If you decide to continue with the lessons you can choose to pay by lesson or per pack of 5 or 10 sessions.
